” I can’t speak highly enough about Jackie Jensen with Normandy. She’s an incredible designer and extremely thorough and goes above and beyond what any designer or contractor has done for us in 15 years owning our home. We’ve done several renovations throughout the years we’ve owned our home. She is absolutely incredible to work with. After recently working with a very shady supposedly great contractor and designer and we did our research, they were extremely unprofessional  renovating our bathrooms. We fired them right before they gutted our kitchen. Thank god we did. We were very skeptical and we interviewed several design/contractor firms and was beyond blown away with the design plan Jackie came up with for our kitchen. She is upfront, kind, patient, not pushy and made things work with the vision we had for our home. Her design plan was nothing we could have ever imagined for our kitchen and home.  We signed with Normandy because of Jackie!!! We met with extremely reputable firms and no one compared to Jackie. She has taken all of the stress off of me and has been incredible to work with. She goes above and beyond even before we made our decision to hire Normandy. She has made the process effortless, helped me pick out all of our appliances with me. She is beyond honest, trustworthy and a true pleasure to work with.  We were beyond stressed out with our previous contractor and I was becoming extremely ill because of all of the stress. I can’t speak highly enough about Jackie, her professionalism, patience and proactive attitude is why we are working with Normandy. “Normandy remodeling was awesome. We met with Becca and she walked us through all of the details for our kitchen remodeling. She even offered to go with us to pick out light fixtures! She was professional, friendly and considerate of our time and our budget. She made the process super easy from the start. Unfortunately, for us, (not for her) she went on maternity leave as our project was ready to begin and she turned us over to Kelly. Kelly came here numerous times during the remodel and was there to answer any questions we had about anything. If we ever had an issue, and there were very few, she helped us figure out the best answer. Mike was our superintendent. Mike came practically every day and if he didn’t he always let us know. One of our favorite parts of the whole remodeling process was when Mike emailed us EVERY evening to report what went on with the project and what would be happening the next day. The job was completed in the time frame they gave us at the start.
We always felt very well informed and respected. They all listened to us as we explained what we wanted in our new kitchen. After the remodel was completed our faucet was acting up and immediately they had their plumber here to fix it. My husband and I are 100% happy with the job Normandy did and would highly recommend them to everyone. We have our dream kitchen!!”
