Dear Normandy Family,

We wanted to write a short thank you to let you know how thrilled we are with what seems like our new home.  We feel like we have been on an episode of HGTV where our once outdated and tired house has been transformed into a beautiful and modern home.  Every time and we mean EVERY time, someone walks into our house the same thing happens; they stop, their jaw drops and they exclaim “WOW!”.

We can’t say enough about everyone who has worked on our project.  Everyone who came through our door was professional, concerned about pleasing us, and just really nice to be around.

We interviewed four other contractors before we heard about Normandy and met with Chris Ebert.  Three were remodeling companies and one was a builder.  All of them were certainly qualified to do the work.  However, we found that some seemed too eager to do whatever we wanted, while others seemed indifferent to our ideas.  We knew we needed someone who would listen while steering us in the right direction.  As soon as we sat down and started talking with Chris, we knew we had found our guy!

From the initial meeting to the final inspection, Chris has been there for us every step of the way.  His design was not only full of imagination and function, but it also reflected us.  He continued to take care of us throughout the project, including helping us with choosing appliances, furniture, lighting, and paint colors.  In the end, the room looks so beautifully put together that it is obvious there was a clear vision from the start.
