    Normandy Remodeling is an exciting, growing company. We currently have openings for the following positions:


    Kitchen and Bath Design and Sales:

    We seek an individual to join our sales team as a Kitchen and Bath Designer. Our design staff is charged with the management of relationships with homeowners from initial contact through the construction of their project. Designers meet with clients to develop design ideas for their home, compute budget ranges and price estimates, as well as select the various finishes. Our work is exciting, fast paced, and very fulfilling.

    Designers meet with clients in home, as well as in our state of the art showroom. We offer the tools, systems, flexibility, and support to make motivated people successful. We back up our salespeople with a commitment to quality and integrity, which equates to a high level of referral and repeat business.

    Candidates should possess an ability to communicate well with others. Training or experience in kitchen and bath design is preferred. Sales experience is also preferred. 2020 skills are preferred. Most important is to have energy and a willingness to learn.

    The position is commission based, so there is much flexibility.  Successful designers earn $100,000+.  We also provide benefits such as health insurance, life insurance and 401(k).

    Marketing Assistant / Event Coordinator:

    Seeking entry level person to assist with marketing and event coordination efforts.

    Event coordination will require excellent organization skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills for working with presenters and event attendees.  This person will also attend each event, typically during evenings, Saturdays and some Sundays.  You will be helping with presentations, answering attendee questions and surveying attendees in addition to setting appointments for design consultations.

    In addition to events and general marketing assistance, you will be called upon to write and/or edit significant amounts of online content including blog articles, press releases and videos.  Excellent written communication skills are a must.  Experience with content marketing or SEO is a plus.

    This is a great opportunity to build your marketing knowledge and skills, working closely with the Director of Marketing in a challenging and deadline driven environment.
